More specifically - the Facehugger, by looks and by literally what it does to people - man if that's not a Freudian design I don't know what is. The Alien itself - the shape of the head and the retractable 'second mouth.' Even the entrance to the derelict was a giant vagina. Was the derelict's egg cargo hold supposed to represent a uterus?

you want to check out one that's REALLY disturbing, search out for The Outer Limits episode Don't Open 'Til Doomsday. Very disturbing because:

1. The design actually was deliberate, and
2) it was featured on a television episode.

Though some say it is feces, Frank Henenlotter has gone on record as saying that the Aylmer in Brain Damage is definitely a penis monster.

I haven't see Bad Biology, but even in the trailers, the movie is wall-to-wall with genitalia monsters.

There are also, I recall, penis monsters in Troma's Class of Nuke'em High, though when it comes to Troma, I guess the more appropriate question is if there is a movie in their repertoire that does NOT feature a genitalia inspired monster.

Well, first off, there's only one penis monster in Bad Biology, and there's also a vagina monster. Sort of.

Second off, starting in Tromeo and Juliet, Troma had an "official" Penis Monster. He's shown up in in subsequent movies. Apparently his name is Harry Balls.

So .... I was .... correct. There really isn't a movie in Troma's repertoire that doesn't feature some sort of genitalia based monster.

Was that the original series in the 60's or the new one?

Post-Tromeo and Juliet yes. Prior to that, you have the Class of Nuke 'em High films, and that's about it.

There was an original-series episode with that title, but I haven't seen it in years and don't specifically remember what the monster looked like. Nor do I have a clue as to how much of a practice the relaunched series made of remaking 60's-vintage episodes.

Ursula LeGuin once wrote an apparently serious fantasy novel in which a pair of teenagers have to fight a penis monster... and the best part is, she gave it rows of nipples on its underside like a lactating pig.

Le Guin is awesome.

I'm pretty sure it was just the original. I found an image of the alien here.
