The second movie from the writer / director / star of The American Astronaut will premiere tomorrow over the internet. I think you should probably watch it.

Well, color me envious. I wound up not being able to watch the streaming version because it was too blurry, but I did order the DVD.

Shalll I give him props from you?
Or perhaps less creepy, I could give him a Tornado's version of Telstar on CD?
Is that any less creepy? Hard to tell.

Hey, I made it after all. He was super fun and funny, a bit nervous in front of a crowd, endearingly so. He was introduced and took some questions. Then we watched Stingray Sam. It was awesome, everyone was really into it. I didn't realize that it was 6 individual episodes (it didn't seem that way in the trailer), but it only added to the fun. The music was, of course, great. I really enjoyed the way that Stingray Sam was a pretty nice guy, whereas Cory's character in The American Astronaut was a little more Han Solo-ish. I also liked that the girl in Stingray Sam was Cory's daughter and she was great. Actually, the entire cast was great.

After Stingray played, he did another Q&A, then we watched American Astronaut. It was pretty awesome. I plan to buy something from him, probably DVDs, he mentioned that they will have more dvd's available on their website in about a month, so don't, repeat, DO NOT, buy them at the inflated ebay price.

I'd love to hear what anyone else thinks about the movie.
